Context:

"Man durchläuft die Hierarchien einer Produktionseinheit, von der Facharbeiter über den Sprecher einer Produktionsgruppe bis zur Produktionsgruppenleiter."

I suspect that this is foreman, rather than spokesman, but I also need the feminine form, Sprecherin, and although spokesperson would work, what would a female foreman be?
