Vom Landgericht XXXX, 4. Zivilkammer erhielt der Unterzeichner ( UZ ) die Gerichtsakte 14 OH 2/10 mit dem Beweisbeschluss vom 8.Februar 2011 in dem ** nach den Ursachen ** für die o.g. Undichtigkeiten der von Fa. YYYY über die Fa. ZZZZfen an Fa. AAAA gelieferten Hydraulikschläuche BBBB, ** die **bei der Durchleitung von Kühlwasser an Vakuumkesseln Ausblühungen und Ausbeulungen nach unterschiedlichen Betriebszeiten aufweisen.

This is my translation but I am not very happy with it. Please let me know if you think I have gone off the track:

The undersigned has received, from the 4th Civil Division of the XXXX Regional Court, court records 14 OH 2/10 with the order to take evidence dated 08 February 2011, in which, according to the causes of the above-mentioned leaks in the hydraulic hoses BBBB supplied to AAAA by YYYY through ZZZZ, they show blooms and bulges when cooling water is passed through them to vacuum boilers, according to different operating periods
