German term or phrase: Heißwasserschwallung
This is from a translation on the beer bottling process.
The whole sentence is "Reinigung CIP, Desinfektion, Sterilisation, Kalt- und Heißwasser-schwallung"

So far I have "CIP cleaning, disinfection, sterilisation, cold and hot water...."

Reference information:
Es gibt bei der Abfüllung sowohl "flushing" als auch "rinsing".
Beim "Rinsing" im Rinser wird normalerweise die Flasche ausgespült, um sie bspw. vor dem Abfüllen von Staub zu reinigen. Sowohl "rinsing" als auch "flushing" sind gebräuchliche Wörter. In der Praxis kommt bei mir aber in diesem Zusammenahng "rinsing" häufiger vor. Im Deutschen würde das jedoch wohl nicht als "Abschwallung" bezeichnet.
Die Abschwallung verfolgt normalerweise das Ziel Schmutz, Glassplitter etc. von der Maschine zu entfernen und wird normalerweise "flushing" genannt.
