Norbert, Olaf and Textklick are absolutely right. We don't necessarily need to know the industry, but the caliber of the companies addressed will be helpful. Local retail stores, internationally operating corporations?
Ditto. If you can say whether it is e.g. a press conference, presentation, AGM, Christmas card mailing to customers, advertising campaign or whatever, everyone won't be guessing...Without context you are wasting your time.
