Ich weiß, dass dieser Begriff bereits einmal gesucht wurd (Oberhofer). Die damals gewählte Übersetzung "puts his money on" scheint mir hier nicht zu passen.

ABC ist ein weltweites Unternehmen.

Ich denke eher an "focus" oder "rely on".
