Was ist der Unterschied zwischen Abordnung und Entsendung in diesem Satz?

"Die Einsatzdauer unserer Berater bestimmt sich nach dem Spektrum der Beratungsleistung und dem Umfang der Aufgaben. Sowohl Dienstreisen bis zu maximal drei Monaten, als auch Langzeiteinsätze auf Basis einer Abordnung oder Entsendung bis zu drei Jahren sind möglich."
