Hintergrund ist eine Umfrage zur Kundenzufriedenheit mit bestimmten Maschinen/Geräten. Hier ist die Verkaufsberatung gemeint. Ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob "consultation" für diesen Kontext nicht zu sehr in Richtung "Konsultation" geht.
