Bus/Financial - Marketing / Market Research / Press briefing
German term or phrase: ambitioniert
From a press briefing announcing this company's new headquarters:

Schlussendlich hoffen wir, dass sich unsere Mitarbeiter und Gäste im neuen Headquarter wohlfühlen und damit weiterhin so ambitioniert zum Erfolg der **** GROUP beitragen.

I can't quite see what they mean by "ambitioniert" in this sentence. Translating it as "ambitious" just doesn't seem to work. Has anyone come across this before?

Many thanks

Clarification request(s) and response
Claire Cox: 1:26pm Mar 14, 2007: I should perhaps add that they used "ambitioniert" just a few lines further up in a different sense: "Das sehr ambitioniert gesetzte Ziel von 3,2 Mio. € wird.... knapp unterschritten worden. Ambitious works fine there, so it just seems odd to use it again in a different way. In saying that, I'm tending towards Andrew's enthusiastic at the moment....

enthusiastically
Explanation:
...wanting to be part of the success, i.e. sharing the company's ambitions for the future
