Noch eine genauso "doofe" Möglichkeit?

I am using "treat" for Genuss und "treatment" for the tongue-in-cheek Medizin.
As the word "shot" is already there, I wouldn't want to dwell on the druggy aspect any more; I mean, it's kinky enough as it is to shoot the stuff out of the syringe into one's mouth, isn't it?

How about doing away with the '-medizin' aspect altogether and focusing exclusively on the 'Genuss' ?

The problem with indulgence medicine is that this more literal version of the original could possibly allude to something one takes as a medicine to get better after you enjoyed too much of something as in overindulgence medicine. But in this context with chocolate, indulgence might work and the term "Medizin" as in remedy/medication should also be conveyed in English I believe.

What the German "Genussmedizin" is supposed to convey (IMO) is " "medication/medicine for the urge to indulge/satisfy oneself" although it could just stand for "good-tasting medicine" which shows the problem with this term.
