I was thinking "a special sparkle," but the alliteration strikes me as too trite. Definitely get rid of "develop," as zirka says. And some other changes would be good, along the lines of:

Agraria's advertising and marketing concept, which is ideally suited to the industry, has a special magnetism that reaches far beyond the borders of Austria.
