English translation:takes a consistent and holistic approach
Explanation:
I know I've changed the word order - the 'holistic' comes before the 'consistent' in the German text - but that somehow didn't sound quite in English, hence the reversal in my suggestion above.

'Resolute' would be another option for 'konsequent'.
