Explanation:
I think references to narcotics, such as "get your fix", might be slightly tasteless - after all, they screw up people's lives. It might be better to focus on the idea of medicine, so here's some ideas:

Time for your medicine/injection
Chocolate: the best medicine
This won't hurt a bit
This will make you feel better
