I had this when I went to Frankfurter book fair with just such a voucher: the publishing house who sent me gave me the voucher beforehand, but I had to validate/accredit it by registering on-line and putting in my personal details before the voucher became valid.

And I'd get away from using too many nouns, by rephrasing as suggested above.
