I presume these are the guys distributing leaflets /advertising material for the exhibitor (popular day job for students...), which is why they don't want them all milling around the immediate till area, and why they'll need a permit to show they're authorised to be doing so (and to ensure no exhibitor employs more than three on the job at any one time) |
