German to English translations [PRO] Marketing - Marketing / Market Research
Apart from the delivery service the brewery XX has opened a cash & carry shop for beverages in the Exhibition Centre East opposite hall 8, which offers beer, lemonades, fruit juices, Pago juices and mineral water.?
Explanation: In this particular context you could say that the brewery has opened its own shop:
"As well as its delivery service, the XX brewery has opened a shop at the Exhibition Centre East, opposite hall 8, which sells beer, lemonades, fruit juices, Pago juice and mineral water."

that we really don't have any such shops in England. Perhaps they have such shops/stores in the USA, but I can't confirm that either way. The only shops we have that specialise in drinks/beverages are off licenses, which are nothing like a German Getränkeabholmarkt, even though they don't exclusively sell alcoholic beverages.

self-service depot/market
Explanation: Your solution is just fine, Martina - here's an alternative
I don't think you need to repeat the "drinks" since it's obvious.

Explanation: I would use this in the context given. Although not an established term per se, this makes a nice contrast to the delivery service previously mentioned. Exhibitors can either have drinks delivered or collect their own.
"As well as their delivery service, Brewery XX has now opened a collect-your-own drinks store..... providing (or selling, NOT OFFERING) beer, lemonade, fruit juices etc."

Explanation: Ich würde es einfach und neutral halten, insbesondere da wahrscheinlich mehr Wasser als Bier verkauft wird...
Vielleicht "outlet shop"
Außerdem würde ich sagen "the brewery is operating a shop" anstelle "opened", da es wohl weniger eine Geschäftseröffnung ist, sondern nur für die Messe betrieben wird.
