Mit zugeschnittenen, zugekauften Blockschäumen, die eingeklebt werden, ist die Fertigungstiefe deutlich geringer. Wir wollen aber den ganzen Prozess und damit die Qualität sicherstellen und das erreicht man nur, wenn man in umfangreiches Know-how und Fertigungsverfahren investiert. Das Resultat ist das sogenannte „Direktschäumverfahren“ in dem der Schaum zwischen den Deckschichten unter Einbindung eines Isoliergases optimal ausreagieren kann.

hmmm, maybe \'fully react\', but IMO the idea is \'fully cure\', or if you thrown in that bothersome \'optimal\', \'cure to maximum achieveable hardness\'.
