German term or phrase: bei Eins wählen
"Hinzu kommt noch eine Normierungsvorschrift, die bewirkt, dass die Zahlenwerte für diese Formparameter bei Eins gewählt werden können."

This is in a set of instructions for a software manual for a turbine blade design system. The term looks as though it should be fairly standard. Any suggestions for the correct English term would be appreciated.
