Die Vorspannkraft der Schrauben muss größer sein als die tangentiale Kraftkomponente aus dem Maximaldrehmoment Mmax, die sich aus dem Moment und dem Eingriffswinkel der Verzahnung ergibt. Hebt die Rückflanke der Verzahnung nicht ab so sind die Bedingungen für eine einwandfreie Funktion der Verschraubung erfüllt.

Explanation:
It's no clear to me from the text what the relationship is between the screws, gear teeth and 'Verschraubung' (whatever that is in this context), but this is the translation I would use 'hebt tie Rückflanke der Verzahnung nich ab' means 'if the rear face of the gear tooth does not lift free of the surface with which it is in contact'
