It is in a Table (or chart) showing a result of a brake check in a document translated from German into English. In the same table, there’s an abbreviation “VKN,” which stands for “nominal speed.” So I guess “KZU” would also be a German term, but I’m not sure. Sorry for bother you so often, but thanks in advance.

agree  Ken Cox: good sleuthing -- KZU is a dimensionless parameter in the equations in the first ref, and my guess is that it's the pulley ratio of the car suspension
