Asker: Thanks for responding John. I find telescopic forks better. Will however need to wait for a day before grading the answers

agree  Kcda: Sounds appropriate but within the context maybe "extendible/extended forks" could perform better? Otherwise it is fully correct 1:1 with Ausschubgabel. I heard of telescopic forks as well. This could very well also qualify!
