If this "Achse" means that it supports something turning, I would use "pivot (pin - if the Bolzen is moveable, stud, if fixed at one side, bolt, if threaded). Inventors are not only with technologies inventive ;-) -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 2002-05-23 05:49:38 (GMT) -------------------------------------------------- \"Achs-\" in German always means relation to something revolving or turning, even if the part itself does not revolve or turn (e.g. \"Achsschenkelbolzen\" - kingpin, which does not turn itself) If the part itself does not turn, just pin, stud or bolt may be enough.
