German term or phrase: Antriebshöhe
Ideally I'm looking for the term used in the English translation of DIN EN ISO 4014, but other suggestions are welcome.

An extract of from the 4014 definition in German is provided in this document http://www.boellhoff.com/web/centres.nsf/Files/Technik_rund_...$FILE/Technik_rund_um_Schrauben.pdf on pages 16-17 (symbol = k').

This is the height of the head (including the washer face), less a certain allowance for the rounded part at the top of the head.

Thanks in advance for any help.
