Having translated hundreds of technical manuals for 10 yrs, there are still plenty of things to learn even though I studied Physics, Chemistry and Computer Science. And when you see my profile and ranking En=>DE Tech/Engineering among top 20, I consider myself a tech. expert but still far away from perfection. That's why these above mentioned comments are absolutely unnecessary! I appreciate your honesty!

Thank you Detlef! I am getting close to 40,000 glossaries, about 5,000 more to go! Of course, I could translate literally, but I lack technical background, and I want to deliver proper translations. Dictionnaries I use are: Dictionary of Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering and Automation by Siemens A&D Translation Services; Wörterbuch der Industriellen Technik;Routlege German Technical Dictionary; Routledge Langenscheidts Fachwörterbuch Umwelttechnik; Handwörterbuch Tplasticchnik by Cornelsen/Girardet; Dictionary of Cable Engineering by Richling/Drewitz; Taschenwörterbuch KFZ-Technik by Freeman/Carey/Riach; plus Google, Leo.org, dict.cc and other glossary sources in the internet!
