well it looks like a door handle with screws and its on a machine.

I don't know whether cassette is the right translation.

Maybe the "handle" that you see is just to allow you to pull the cassette/cartridge out and the actual cassette/cartridge is inside the machine.

If this was a photocopier, removable tray or pull-out tray might fit.

Kassette/Papierkassette is commonly used to describe the paper tray inside a photocopier.

Einzigster Nachteil beim Gerät ist das Doppelseitige Drucken!! Da man ständig die komplette Kassette herausnehmen muss um die Rückseite zu bedrucken!!!
