Duty cycle ist es m.E. nach nicht. Ich habe gerade "collective" im Zusammenhang mit einen verwandten Text zu Getrieben gefunden. Dort heißt es:

"Especially, the use of load spectra considerably increases the calculation effort for gear boxes because it is necessary to calculate beforehand local machine element-related collectives as a first additional step based on the globally defined load spectrum and the defined transmission shift positions within the individual load spectra step."

Thanks Bernd and Uta! My customer translates LAstkollektiv as load duty cycle. Could I call this a revolution duty cycle?

Hier werden auch die Begriffe universe und population für die Gesamtheit der zu berücksichtigenden Objekte/Werte/Zustände verwendet.

wird hin und wieder als ensemble (average) bezeichnet und eine Überrollung würde ich auch als revolution bezeichnen.

It looks as if "Überrollung" is indeed used as a synonym for "Anzahl der Umdrehungen", i.e. revolutions. Maybe you could call this "revolution spectrum"?
