Meinem Verständnis nach sind "Tarifwerte = Tarife=Preise" die festgesetzten Grundpreise für die jeweiligen Einschaltungen. Auf diese gibt es dann Zu- oder Abschläge, je nachdem ob es Sonderwünsche, Rabatte usw. gibt.

Bei Einschaltungen von Schwarz-Weiß-Stellen-Raumanzeigen im Job & Karriere-Teil der Kleinen Zeitung (ausgenommen Aufschlagseite) kommt ein 10-prozentiger Abschlag auf den
