German to English translations [PRO]
Medical - Medical: Cardiology / Paediatric cardiology
German term or phrase: kleiner Vorhofseptumdefekt vom Secundumtyp
This is the diagnosis of a peadiatric cardiology examination. I'm stuck on Secundumtyp, it's got to be something to do with secondary, but what is the usual UK medical terminology? Thanks.

Explanation:
There's already a glossary entry in the inverse direction (English to German) - http://www.proz.com/kudoz/1222850 -, albeit with a different spelling (Sekundumtyp).

Many thanks for your quick answer & the really useful links. Yes, I should have written sekundum, not secundum.
