German term or phrase: durchgehender Bigeminus
Bigeminus is bigeminal rhythm, but I'm not entirely clear on whet, precisely "durchgehender Bigeminus" is in English. I can only find one online reference to it in German:
"Im EKG bestanden bei stationärer
Aufnahme ein Sinusrhythmus sowie ein
durchgehender Bigeminus bei sonst unauffälligem
Stromkurvenverlauf."

Would it be something like constant ot uninterrupted?
