I have seen this before but cannot remember what it means!

The only definite medical conditions which this lady has are diabetes mellitus type 2a, coronary and arterial hypertonia.

Reference information:
"Zart" is actually "normal" for heart valves - and as they may be expected to be thickened in a hypertrophic heart, I'd just say that they are "not thickened" in this context.
