I've not seen this before, and I can't quite imagine what they are describing here...

It's either volume or pressure overload. pressure overload usually leads to concentric hypertrophy, while volume overload leads to dilatation and chamber enlargement.

In this case, the report says that the chamber sizes are STILL normal, although volume overload of the LV is noted. With time, that's about to change...
