diese Kürzel sind nirgends gebräuchlich, während "E" und "A" und "m/s" überall in den Untersuchungen der Kardiologie auftauchen... ich halte es für einen Tippfehler
Könnte es sein, dass im Text nicht TKL und MKL steht, sondern TKI und MKI??? E = 0.72 m/s misst nämlich den "Mitraleinstrom", das würde sehr gut zusammenpassen
