German to English translations [PRO] Medical - Medical: Dentistry / microbiology
German term or phrase:grzw.
instructions for use of qualitative in vitro diagnostic agent for combined molecular genetic detection of periodontal pathogenic bacteria using PCR reagents.
results for culture under "Anzahl PCR" showed neg. 46 pos. 1, overall result 47 – under both neg. and positive columns was: grzw. = Grenzwert Für Nicht Erkennbare Beobachtungsfehler?- is there English acronym for this (to fit in table)?
I'm very sorry about this, but I've just been informed by client that this abbreviation actually means "grenzwertig" oder "grenzwertiges Ergebnis". I don't suppose there is any abbreviation for "borderline".........

Explanation: 'Limit' should fit in most cases, but 'lmt' could be used if you're really pinched for space
