Medical - Medical: Dentistry / Implantology; Membranes

From a text about bone augmentation and what-not. What exactly is "Augmentat"? I've never been able to find a proper translation for this word. I tend to think it's augmented material, but would like to know for sure. TIA for your help.

Not the easiest of questions to grade. Both answers were plausible and contained useful references - so thank you for that. The peer grades didn't help much - one for each answer, with no additional comments. So in the end, it came down to personal preference, because there weren't really any other factors by which I could pick a "winner". And my personal preference here is for "augmentation materials". So that is what I'll use. Many thanks Fantutti, but thanks also and commiserations to Richard - appreciate your help.
