Monotone Haltung über mehr als 3h.

English translation:insbesondere / especially, in particular, particularly...
Explanation:
the capital B had me thinking of "Befund" but above suggestion would seem to at least fit the context, if there were a Punkt or no space after the "i" and if it weren't for the capital M in "Monotone".

i B (Abbreviation)
intensive Bewegung = strenuous exercise

Explanation:
Would this be more appropriate? It would seem to fit both the meaning and grammar of the sentence and take into account the use of "sowie" and the use of a capital M for Monotone Haltung.
