nowhere else is the the health care sector/industry mentioned or portrayed in this context, only industry etc., so although it is possible, I somewhat doubt that that is what is meant here. I'll suggest it in a note to the client though. Thanks :-)

Thanks for your support. However, I believe both of us are wasting our time here. "Health care" has several meanings, not just "Gesundheitsversorgung". Interesting that this question was asked under the heading "Medical: Health Care".

I feel I really must offer some support to Roland here. It is self-evident that a conference on health and safety at work will be focusing on health. The point being made here is that this conference is focusing on occupational health and safety in the construction industry and occupational health and safety in the health care sector/industry. Does it perhaps help to think of Gesundheitsarbeit as what is performed by Gesundheitsarbeiter or health (care) workers? No, the crucial element is that it is about "Gesundheitsarbeit", not "Gesundheitsversorgung", and here it is in the specific context of health & safety at work, i.e. industrial health and safety + accident prevention. I know perfectly well what "health care" is, but was asking about "Gesundheitsarbeit", so can't see why I should "ask a different question". As I see it, you answered a different question to the one I asked, Roland.
