I wouldnt be too sure that any of the dictionary suggestions work here to be honest. Wiki says:
Der Begriff der Wiedervorlage (Abkürzung Wv. oder Wvl.) kommt aus dem Bereich der rechtsanwendenden Berufe (Richter, Rechtsanwalt) und der Verwaltung. Wiedervorlagefristen werden in einen Fristenkalender eingetragen, damit eine Akte nicht in Vergessenheit gerät. Is that resubmission? The time span until a transferral is completed is not a resubmission imo?! OR? But without further context or the whole sentence its impossible to answer. Where are you DCopperfield???

Hi, could you maybe provide the sentence that the word appears in, even better the paragraph or a few lines? Always helps to have as much context as possible!
