Does anyone know what a Plegiekatheter may be?
This is from an surgery report for an infant undergoing aortic root replacement and a variety of other repairs, and is a catheter inserted after a right atriotomy:

Context:
Während der Abkühlphase wird am totalen Bypass der rechte Vorhof eröffnet und der Koronarsinus mit einem Plegiekatheter intubiert.
