It described an infrared warmth device that is used in medicine, physiotherapy, wellness and also....

What do they mean and what's the translation.

I think it refers to a kind of pre- and after-treatment (don't know if you would use these terms in English, though; i.e. before and after physiotherapy etc.

I think you're right in your interpretation--it's for use before &after physical therapy, not in connection with training (sports).
