suggestions because both "streamlined" and "sleek" contain that "clean" element that I was looking for. To be honest with all of you, I went with "classy" [ knowing that it's not the exact translation] b/c it was a rush job and I had no more time to wait for your answers or activate my own brain cells. The proofreader changed it into "pure design" as Marga suggested. Again, in all honesty, I do not like it at all. What exactly is a "pure design"? Along the same lines, one could go for "virgin design" as well...taking it far, I know :)
Anyway, thanks to everyone for the wonderful ideas, and I'll award points in due time.

there's not much more context.

It says: pures Design--beste Materialien.

It somehow doesn't sound good to me to translate it as "pure" design, since the context is a medical device. Maybe it would work for clothing...Plus, what is a "pure" design, exactly? Sleek way work :)
