Regarding prosthesis installation:

1) obere Schraube des Schiebers nicht nach ventral ausgerichtet

2) Peilstab mit Schieber weicht nach links bzw. rechts vom ersten Interdigitalraum ab

3) Schieber "G" auf Tibiapeilschaft "E" anbringen

Other than that the context is limited. I would be very grateful for any help, though!
