You could use 'eventration / hernia' or 'eventration hernia', though the latter does not seem to be used much.

Hernie mit großen Teilen der Baucheingeweide als meist irreponibler Bruchinhalt. Vorkommen z.B. als Narbenhernie nach medianer Laparotomie.
