English translation:eventration
Explanation:
'eventration' is often used to refer to a hernia in certain circumstances such as an abdominal hernia, or in 'diaphragmatic eventration', which is a congenital anomaly.

see Dorland's Illustrated Medical Dictionary, and:

"Congenital diaphragmatic hernia (CDH) is a congenital malformation (birth defect) of the diaphragm. The most common type of CDH is a Bochdalek hernia; other types include Morgagni's hernia, diaphragm eventration and central tendon defects of the diaphragm."

You could use 'eventration / hernia' or 'eventration hernia', though the latter does not seem to be used much.
