letter of complaint by a patient to a drugs company re the side effects of one of their preparations (severe rashes, swelling, inflammation, stomach pains). At end of letter: “Ich möchte Sie höflichst um eine Stellungnahme bitten. Es ware von Ihnen als Firma mehr als angebracht, mir Ihre Meinung sowie eine gewisse Genugtuung entgegen zu bringen.
