German to English translations [PRO]
Medical - Medical: Pharmaceuticals / Chronic Myeloid Leukemia
German term or phrase: NUBs
A hemotologist is talking about medications for leukemia patients. He mentions who is to pay for a certain drug and says: "Man muesste sich ueberlegen wie das ganze finanziert wird. Das is ja dann immer eine Frage, ueber __ (?) oder ueber Nups"

I don't know if he's saying nutz or nups. Nutz might be use, but the other part is unclear. I'll post it under another question, but if anyone can make this out I'd appreciate it.
