German to English translations [PRO]
Medical - Medical: Pharmaceuticals / Chronic Myeloid Leukemia
German term or phrase: Gelder
A hemotologist is talking about medications for leukemia patients. He mentions who is to pay for a certain drug and says: "Man muesste sich ueberlegen wie das ganzefinanziert wird. Das is ja dann immer eine Frage, ueber __ Gelde (?) oder ueber Nups"

I've posted the latter part of this question as a separate one. But what's the first part? Something Gelde? Is he referring to another way that drugs are reimbursed besides the Krankenkasse? Thanks!
