This is indeed complicated. According to what Elizabeth's client writes, the fatty tissue does not absorb the Theopyllin, so wouldn't the "normal weight obese" woman with over 30% fat end up with too little Theopyllin, as she presumably also has less than 70% bones/muscles/water, whatever, which could absorbe it?
What I am saying is, how can Elizabeth express the "weight" that should be used to calculate the correct dosage?

In a study scientists at the Mayo Clinic have drawn attention to the fact that peopel with normal weight can still be obese and called it what is now known as "normal weight obesity".
"Therefore, a woman whose weight is normal for her height and age but whose body fat is 30 percent or greater would be considered to have normal weight obesity."

Considering the fact that large sections of the German population are now overweight or obese according to the BMI, the question is what is "normal"? If we take the average weight of a certain section of the population there will be quite a lot of "Fettgewebe" included, and it sounds as if the manafacturer wants to disregard fatty tissues? "Idealgewicht" sounds rather subjective.

what is meant is what would be considered the normal body weight, i.e. corresponding to the average for a specific person, say a 30 year old man measuring 5 feet 10, not taking into account kilos above the average weight for this person.
