Sould 'Fosan' be 'Folsan'? Those tablets provide folic acid and the dosage sounds about right.

Here the "official" dose (from which we can extropolate that only 1 tablet should ever be taken at one time):
- Bei Kaliummangel:
1-3 Brausetabletten pro Tag (50-100 mmol Kalium), als Einzeldosis nicht mehr als 1 Brausetablette (40 mmol Kalium). Es sollten nicht mehr als max 4 Brausetabletten (100-150 mmol) pro Tag genommen werden. Die Dosierung richtet sich nach dem zu ersetzenden Mangel.
- Bei Nierensteinen/-koliken: Die Dosierung sollte vom behandelnden Arzt gewählt werden. Die Einzeldosis sollte nicht mehr als 1 Brausetablette (entsprechend 40 mmol Kalium) betragen.
