This distinguishes the disorder from disease of the hip joint<< (Dorland's Illustrated Medical Dictionary , Saunders, ISBN 0-7216-2859-1).--- Abgang can mean (1) discharge or emission, as of pus or lympatic fluid; (2) origin (as of an artery, vein, bony process). Does the latter fit your context? ... as in: Sacrumabgang = proximal end (or origin) of the sacum.(Sources: Bunjes, Reuter & Reuter, Web) ZWR very likely stands for Zwischenwirbelraum/räume = intertebral space/s (e.g., as seen in a medical image). FBA is almost certainly a distance or space between two points, but I haven't found a translation yet after perusing dictionaries, AltaVista and Northernlight -- and we have company, so I have to give up on that one for now. :). see below Explanation: 1.pseudo=A prefix meaning false Laségue=pain and discomfort in the back when fully extended leg of the supine patient is gently raised (named after Ernest C.Laségue, Fr. physician, 1816-1883). It is called Pseudolaségue in both languages. 2. Sacrumabgang engl. sacrum=the triangular bone situated dorsal and caudal from the two ilia between the 5th lumbar vertebra and the coccyx. . . . It forms the base of the vertebral column . . . -abgang in this connection could be in the sense of reduction, limitation (all these words you can find in Muret-Sanders for -abgang), but not knowing the context makes it difficult. It could also mean that the pain originates in that area, because four nerves emerge through the posterior sacral foramina, the fifth pair through the sacral hiatus (termination of the sacral canal). ZWR-could mean Zwischenraeume=med. interstice, interspace under FBA I found Fetalblutanalyse (med.) which in this case is nonsense and does not apply. I believe that with FBA they abbreviate rather something like Freie Bewegung A? = free movement or so (given your context) Sorry, I can't be of any more help.
