German term or phrase: Auflagerungsplastik
Auflagerung on its own is hard enough, but Auflagerungsplastik??? The sentence in which this appears is: "Bietet die AUFLAGERUNGSPLASTIK die Möglichkeit das zur Verfügung stehende Knochenangebot in vertikaler und transversaler Sicht zu vergrößern, kann auch über eine relative Anhebung des Nasenbodens eine vertikale Erweiterung des implantologisch zu nutzenden Areals erzielt werden." (Emphasis added). As you can see, this is related to the field of implants, in particular dental implants. I know the suffix -plastik means -plasty in English, and I think that's what they're talking about. But AUFLAGERUNGSplastik? What is one supposed to do with this? Seldom have I been so completely stuck!
support plastics/plastic support
Plastik is not plasty, it's a noun
I'd try the following:
"If the plastic support (option, therefore in capital letters I would assume) offers the possibility of enlarging the bone structure offered - vertically and horisontally - you can also attain a vertical enlargement of the surface which you can use for implants by a relative lift of the nose bottom"

Well, Osteoplastik can mean osteoplasty, so I think that's where I got a little misled. Thank you very much for your help - sorry I took so long to give you a grade!
