Medical / disability | | German term or phrase: Versorgungsleiden | Appears in the context of a medical expert report. Alternative options to be checked by the expert are Berufskrankheit(occupational disease), Unfall.
I believe it means a ( chronic) illness qualifying for pension benefits, but would like to make sure.

Couldn't verify Versorgungsleiden = chronic illness or possibly chronic deficiency (which was the first thing that came to mind) anywhere, but based on the above, I'd say that chronic illness would be a safe (generic) translation.
