TH8 Explanation: The vertebrae in the thoracic spine are numbered 1 through 12 (Th1 is right below C7, Th12 is right above L1), and it's the same in English. There doesn't seem to be much uniformity with respect to the capitalization of the H, I found both TH8 and Th8.
